Incoterms;The RULES issued by the ICC – International Chamber of Commerce, which determine the distribution of responsibilities and costs between the parties at the stages of the transportation and delivery of the goods. Incoterms clauses are expressed by abbreviations of the initials of English definitions. Initially published in 1936, Incoterms were revised in 1963, 1967, 1976, 1980, 1990, 2000, depending on changing circumstances. The current incoterms 2010 version came into force on January 1, 2011. All versions can be used provided that they are specified in contracts and documents. The rules are legally discretionary.
